I've only been here for breakfast, but it was a good experience each time. The food is tasty, the staff is friendly and competent, and the prices are reasonable. Not everything on the menu is always in stock, but I've never had a problem. And they are very child-friendly - even antsy, giggly child money.

Bleh. We should've taken the barren parking lot at dinner time as a warning, but my niece wanted breakfast for dinner. My niece was happy, but she's 10 and would eat a deep fried napkin if you poured syrup on it. My brother had blueberry pancakes with "lemon icing", but he said the pancakes were rubbery and the lemon topping was too thick and was more like doughnut filling. I ordered grilled chicken with brown rice and asparagus. The chicken was dry and chewy, and the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Like I said: bleh. The service was fine, but it's not hard to keep up with the dinner rush when it's only 4 tables. Sorry, Perkins of Bushkill Falls, you made me saaaaaad.

Our experience here was a Big Bang out the park. We first walked in and was greeted by Leann who had an exceptional smile ( always an epic plus) . We were seated right away and our waitress Diahann came over and greeted us with politeness and another big smile. I ordered The Hearty Man special which consisted of bacon, sausage links and 2 kielbasa Sausage links with eggs and toast. Although they give you the option to substitute your toast for either pancakes or one of their muffins like the Apple Cinnamon or some sort of Chocolate Chip one...Either way my breakfast was a GRAND SLAM!!!!! Everything tasted delish. We also ordered a children's special with. pancakes, bacon and small fruit bowl, choice of drink and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for $3.99. BAM!!!! GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE, CLEAN AND INVITING SMILES!!!!! Thank You Perkins for a great experience. YELP away my YELPERS!!!!!

It was my wife's birthday....and I was desparate for her Bday treat. We are on a vacation in Bushkill area and found this restaurant thru google local. We were wonderfully surprised by the welcoming waiters and waitresses. Service was really quick and waiter was really friendly. Food was simply awesome. My 9 yr old liked it! My 1 yr old enjoyed to the hilt! My wife was astonished when the staff came out singing and clapping from the kitchen with her Bday treat. She wanted to buy some dinner rolls and they didn't even charge it. It was her Bday present from them. I love this restaurant and would definitely visit again.

On our road trip through Bushkill, we stopped at Perkins for some real breakfast as the hotel's version of continental was very lame. My gf had been to other Perkins and had some fond memories. We walked in to a luke warm welcome into a nice looking dining area. Of the more than 20 tables we could see, only about 3 were occupied by parties of 4 or less. The room had all the kitsch you would add to make something seem "country" and cozy. None the less it didn't feel authentic enough, as its true for most franchises. We sat at one of their tables and the waiter just dropped the menus on it. We talked for a couple of minutes, took pictures of each other looked at the menu and so far no one else had passe... no not passed, stopped at our table to greet us or offer at least a cup of coffee or even water. We did see the waiters by the host's podium near the door chitchatting for a bit. But none of them made it a point to notice the new customers at a table, not even the luke warm one who assigned our table. At some point we thought it might have been profiling, but there were other customers of different nationalities and races already being served, even a couple who walked in a minute after us. After 15 mins without service, we left. Definitely not the way to keep customers. If the reviews of other near by Perkins say anything, it seems they don't really care for service, their customers or quality.

I'm from ny and on vacation here so I've seen my share of good and bad service. This place is great! Great food and service! Especially if you get Linda as your waitress, she's great super nice and so accommodating. They have a mon-fri 3.99 breakfast deal but since we went kind of late, after 12 they werent serving it but Linda hooked us up and gave us the deal anyway. You feel very welcome here and you have got to try the apricot and blueberry syrups they're amazing! Overall very satisfied will make sure to come back whenever im in pennsylvania again.

We arrived at 9:40 and were told that they close in 10 minutes. We're in a hurry and just need a quick meal and appreciate that it is almost closing time, but they are not yet closed. The waitress rolled her eyes when one person in our group of 6 asked about a menu item and made a remark about a piece of kitchen equipment might have been shut down already. We were ready to walk out at that point. At the end of the meal she asked if anyone wanted more soda because she has to shut down the fountain and clean it out. In other words we were an inconvenience to her. Rude. We waited forever for our meals. There were two other tables of people, the place was not crowded. We'll pass on Perkins, thank you. Disappointed with the waitress, the food is just institutional fare, which is what we expected. Let's be real here, the food is not home cooking. We know that going in. Couldn't try anything in the bakery because we were rushed out of the place. Sad.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! Went there last night for dinner after an afternoon session of an Elvis festival being held at a nearby hotel. Restaurant has 25-30 tables, wasn't filled (a handful of empty tables) and didn't have people waiting to get in. We placed our order fairly quickly and received our drinks. But, even after 45 minutes in a pretty much short order joint, we (and many others) still hadn't received their food. In addition, someone at the next table had ordered the dinner special (beef stroganoff--why anyone would order that in a place like Perkins is a mystery, but so be it) and waited nearly 45 minutes to find out that they were out of it. Now, they, like us, placed their order a little after 6 PM. Which meant they were out of their dinner special at six o'clock. Amazing! First, after about 20 minutes, the waitress asked if everything was OK. We had no food on the table; how OK could it have been? Then, after about 40 minutes, someone who might have been an assistant manager started plying the waiting tables with dinner rolls. I told her I didn't want rolls; I wanted my food. Don't remember the exact quote, but when I said that we were ordering short order type stuff (sandwiches and fries) she said that there were people waiting and that we'd be taken care of after them. That's when I told her, again, that the people in front of us were likely ordering short-order stuff, too, as that's the type of place Perkins is. Needless to say, instead of being apologetic, she copped an attitude instead. Another excuse was because the Elvis festival was in town for the weekend. What I have to say to that is this is the fourth year the festival has been in town so, though maybe a usual Friday night at Perkins in Bushkill, PA, has maybe ten tables filled, what happened last night was no surprise. So, when did we get our food? Beats me. We left after 45 minutes and ate at a Cracker Barrel about halfway back to our home in NJ. Should have done that first. The food was out in 10-15 minutes. I will never eat at Perkins again and I would have given this place a big, fat zero if I could have.

prices are too high for quality of food. they do really well in this location, very packed whenever I go up for breakfast. The people working are very accommodating and truly care about meeting your needs and making sure you're having a pleasant experience.

We arrived about 6pm. Seated within a couple of minutes. Server took a drink order quickly and came back for the food order. Food came out quick. Food was tasty. They had a clown walking around to entertain the kids. We had 2 adults and 2 children the bill was $38.00. On Thursdays after 4pm kids eat free. Bill came down to $26.00 plus tip. I would recommend the restaurant. All staff was very nice. Great atmosphere for the kids. Food taste great. Quick service, a big plus!

8 hungry ladies after the Mudderella race were a pack of starving savages. Jackie, our PHENOMENAL waitress, catered to our every demand and need. Super attentive and accommodating! My personal fave: - Tangler Burger - the most perfect onions rings that have ever graced my palette.

Surprisingly decent for what I expected to be basically an IHOP. Ordered breakfast, everything was hot and seemed fresh. Fast, friendly service. It's depressing that this is the best food we've had in the area after being here and eating out for the past three days.
